What is LIC Bima Sakhi Yojana?

LIC Bima Sakhi is a dedicated women empowerment initiative that aims to recruit and train women as LIC agents, helping them generate income while spreading insurance awareness in their communities. These “Bima Sakhis” are provided with special training, financial incentives, and promotional support to help them succeed.

How much you can earn in LIC Bima Sakhi Yojana?

Under the LIC Bima Sakhi Yojana, selected women agents are eligible to receive a monthly stipend during the initial three years, based on their performance. In the first year, a fixed stipend of Rs 7,000 per month is provided.
